Heartsaver CPR 

(Non-Medical Professionals)

The American Heart Association(AHA) Heartsaver® CPR course is designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a CPR certification for job, regulatory, or other requirements—or simply wants to be prepared to help in an emergency. This instructor-led course teaches adult, child, and infant CPR and AED use, as well as how to relieve choking in a safe, timely, and effective manner.

Participants will gain hands-on experience through guided practice and real-time feedback, ensuring confidence and competence in life-saving techniques. Upon successful completion, students receive an American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR certification card, valid for two years.

· Use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

· Recognizing cardiac arrest and activating emergency response systems

· Relief of choking in responsive and unresponsive individuals

BLS CPR

(Medical Professionals)

The American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR course is designed for healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills in a wide variety of in-facility and prehospital settings.

This instructor-led course emphasizes high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants, the AHA Chain of Survival, and the importance of early use of an AED. It includes both single-rescuer and team-based resuscitation scenarios, as well as effective communication during emergencies. Upon successful completion, students receive an American Heart Association BLS Provider CPR certification card, valid for two years.
